Tony is one of the top transaction attorneys in the Rocky Mountain Region offering expertise to business owners in the areas of General Corporate and Business counsel; Mergers and Acquisitions; Growth and Tax Planning; and Exit and Succession Planning.

A graduate in the top of his class with honors from the University of Denver School of Law in 1991, Tony served as general editor of the University of Denver Law Review, and continues to write for publications and teach seminars about business acquisitions and other business issues.

Tony is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and American Bar Associations. Tony previously served as a Director and officer, and as Chairman of the Board for the Better Business Bureau and is a past member of the Denver Chamber Alumni Association Executive Counsel. He also previously served as an officer/director, and past Chairman of the Board for the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation. Tony is a Past President of The Colorado Ethics Business Alliance Board.  He is also a former member of the Colorado Ethics Business Award Judging Panel and Past Board Member of Reeled In For Life. Tony is a past member of the Independent Outside Board of Directors, a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Leadership Denver Program, and he has participated in Junior Achievement's Chairman's Circle. He is currently an active member of the Elevate Business Owner and Professional Forum. 

Tony has successfully completed business transactions with major corporations including the well-known merger of Coldwell Banker and Moore Company touted by the Denver Business Journal as the Real Estate Deal of the Year. 

Tony’s solid reputation within the community is a result of practicing his belief of ethics in business as well as his community-wide promotion of ethics and honesty in business. His memberships and Board positions are numerous. He is particularly proud of the success of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Colorado Ethics Business Alliance (CEBA). He was a key member of the team in the development of the strategy and planning process for growth of the BBB. When he served as Chairman of the Board of the BBB, he was instrumental in the development and success of the Torch Awards. In his service as Chairman for the BBB Education Foundation, he was instrumental in the successful purchase of the building the BBB called its home for many years. He has developed programs for educational outreach to small, large, and minority owned businesses. Tony was one of the leaders of the Ethics in Business Awards Program and sat as a judge on some of its panels. Tony’s ability to develop winning habits that instill successful behavior within him and others, always with a focus on ethics and honesty in business and practicing law, have produced solid relationships with clients, peers, and community leaders. His mission and focus is to bring to bear his discipline, experience, and legal training to achieve outstanding results for his clients.
